Andrew J Miofsky Managing Partner

Washington University School of Law graduate licensed in all Illinois state courts, and all federal courts for the Southern District of Illinois.  The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys chose Andy Miofsky as State Chair for downstate Illinois. 

 Andy Miofsky is the grandson of a union steelworker and a union railroad worker.  He practices law in Southern Illinois helping people file bankruptcy who have problems dealing with their bills and he sues the creditors and the debt collectors who harass them.
